Each of our pieces are made to order and therefore orders are processed within 1-4 business days from our base in Brisbane, Australia.

Standard delivery within Australia is free for all orders over $150.

For all orders under $150:

Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $12
Australia Post Express (1–4 business days): $16

These shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may see delays during busy times, particularly in the lead up to the festive season. 

• We do not accept liability for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

As a small business, we are currently unable to facilitate returns for change of mind. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Whilst we personally make and pack every order, we are so sorry if your purchase is not perfect on its arrival. Please contact hello@eyeoflesoleil.com with your order number and images of the issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
